Take good sleep

When we work in the late night hours, we can disturb the biorhythms of our body that can result in bad eating habits. If you want to maintain the shape of your body, sleep at least 7 hours each night.

Exercise regularly

If you rely solely on crunches, you will not get the desired results. You need to couple that with other cardiovascular activities. The most effective exercise for the tummy is plank. Try to do at least 3-4 sets of 30 seconds each to build strong core muscles.

Avoid Sugar at all cost

The only that can get you flat belly is eating healthy diet. The best way to do it is eat more proteins so that you can remain full and energetic throughout the day and reduce your intake of calories. You can start your day with cinnamon sprinkles in your oatmeal or morning coffee. You will not only be able to stabilize your blood sugar levels but also stay fuller for longer.
