Daily diet tips for pregnant women

Pregnancy is one of the best periods of life for a lady. They eagerly wait for the moment when they will give birth to their baby. But in this time they have to take care of themselves. They have to keep a check on their eating habits because this will directly affect the health of the baby.

So today we will discuss about the tips how a lady has to take care of their diet during their pregnancy period:
-You should serve yourselves with at least five servings of fruits and vegetables in one day. Your serving should necessarily consist of green vegetables and fresh fruits.
-At least three servings of milk and milk products but they should be less in fat.
-Excessive of water is also required. At least eight serving of water is necessary in one day.
-You must have six to seven servings of cereals and whole grains bread in one day.
-Serve yourselves with lean meat and you can also eat chicken but it should be without skin.
-In starting three months, ladies may prefer light breakfast and heavy evening meal; this may result in morning weakness, so prefer heavy breakfast and the evening meal should be light.
-Don’t consume alcoholic drink and don’t smoke. They are highly harmful to the health of the baby. Even passive smoking is also harmful for the baby’s health.

Baby’s health is highly affected by mother’s eating activities during pregnancy period. So have a proper meal, control your eating habits because you may unwillingly harm your baby.
